Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
