We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BSc Admissions and Program Manager to join our team at Handelshögskolan i Stockholm. As a key member of our Education Office, you will be responsible for managing the BSc admissions process and providing academic support to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admissions Management
    • Coordinate the application and admissions process for our BSc programs
    • Manage and assess BSc applications in the international application round, quotas alternative selection, and special merits
    • Support and guide prospective students enquiring about the school, programs, and application process
    • Participate in the recruitment and retention processes
    • Participate actively in the selection process of candidates for the programs (assessing applications, evaluating interviews)
  • Program Management
    • Offer project support to the Program Director and Vice President of Degree Programs ensuring the quality of the program
    • Initiate, organize, and supervise various information seminars, committee meetings, focus group meetings, and events for students (e.g., introduction week, summer math course, academic fair)
    • Be the initial point of contact for currently enrolled students and the student association
    • Occasional travels and events for both prospective and current students occur
    • Handle course administration of the internship training course
Requirements
  • An academic education
  • An interest in higher education
  • Excellent command of English and Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences
  • Experience in networking, enjoying communicating with students, faculty, and staff
  • Good computer skills, mainly with Office programs
Desirable Qualifications
  • International experience is an asset since a large part of the applicants, student body, and faculty come from outside Sweden
  • Previous experience from having lived abroad or working in foreign academic institutions
  • Curiosity about how AI and digital methods can optimize work processes
  • Previous experience of working with CRM and admissions systems
