Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Host to join our team based in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Community Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a fantastic experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer experience services within reception and the workplace, ensuring a positive impact on all clients and visitors.
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and visitors, answering and directing incoming calls and emails.
  • Assist with event management, meeting room setup, and mail and delivery management.
  • Perform stationery and consumable stock checks and ordering, and raise and manage work orders via Corrigo.
  • Capture headcount data and submit it in a timely manner, as required.
  • Deputise for the Nordic Co-ordinator when needed, covering inbox enquiries and Corrigo.
  • Liaise with the wider facilities team and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Own your operational space to ensure a fantastic experience for customers within your location.
  • Support the look and feel of the office space from an experience, housekeeping, and cleaning perspective by carrying out daily checks.
  • Actively participate and contribute to all team and management meetings.
  • Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded.

Requirements

  • You are passionate about people and providing them with great experiences, with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills to get to know, understand, and respond to the needs of our staff and customers.
  • High attention to detail, flexibility, and proactivity.
  • Ability to react quickly and decisively when faced with a problem or issue.
  • Previous experience in working within a front of house or reception environment, ideally in a corporate or hotel setting.
  • Able to work off their own initiative and with minimal direction.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to support their colleagues.
  • Exceptionally organised and skilled in multi-tasking.
  • Computer literate, with a good understanding and working knowledge of office software.
  • Good level of written and spoken English is required for this role.
  • Ability to understand problems, its impact, and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Feel empowered to take action and resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
