Brand Ambassador

AdVini, a leading French wine company with a rich history dating back over 150 years, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our export team, you will be responsible for promoting our wine brands and developing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities- Pilot the On-Trade network: Form, train, and challenge commercial forces; animate the sommelier network; implement and track promotions; monitor sales and stock statistics; pilot brand plans and KPIs (volume, distribution, rotation, placements); organize and animate visits to our wineries and clients' homes; be a key reference for new listings; constitute the portfolio of our importers in line with our priorities; conduct market and importer competitive analysis.
- Animate the BtoC network (Salon, club, Masterclass, Winemakerdinner,...): Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Nordic region.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in the wine industry. You should have a degree in a relevant field, such as commerce, hospitality, or viticulture and oenology. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and partners. You should be fluent in English and have a good understanding of the Nordic market.
