As a Sales Associate at Hermès in Stockholm, you will be the heart of our store's activities. Your role is to welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, consistently delivering quality service to all our clients. You will adapt to each client, identifying their needs and surprising them across our different product universes. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality sales, developing strong client relationships, and providing exceptional post-sale services.
Main Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for our clients, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, and simplicity at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service tailored to the culture and personality of each client, maintaining a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
- Develop sales across all product universes, prioritizing the quality of products and the excellence of service that we strive to provide to our clients.
- Engage with current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships, informing them about new products and services.
- Identify and address client inquiries and concerns.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within luxury retail or high-end service environments.
- A genuine passion for people and service.
- A team player attitude to collaborate towards a common goal and go above and beyond.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English.
- The ability to adapt to diverse cultures and demonstrate empathy.
- A broad interest in general culture, including arts, travel, literature, and more.

Our estimated salary range for this position is between 65,000 - 85,000 SEK per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
