About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sitowise. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for new employees and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and a positive impression of our company.
  • Office Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and procurement.
  • Support to Leadership: You will provide administrative support to our leadership team, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.

Requirements
  • Experience: You will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Education: You will have a relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: You will have fluent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken, and good English language skills.
  • Technical Skills: You will have experience with Microsoft Office and other administrative software, as well as a strong understanding of data management and record-keeping.
