We are seeking a talented Welcome Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Welcome Office team, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.

• Operate the front desk, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to phone calls and emails, and managing bookings.
• Lead and coordinate the work of the Welcome Office team, creating schedules and ensuring seamless communication.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Welcome Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Continuously monitor and improve guest satisfaction, taking corrective action when necessary.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
