Customer Communication Management Lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Large Transformations team. This team works with strategic projects across various business areas in the insurance sector. Your responsibilities will include analyzing options, driving implementation, and migration activities in close cooperation with Building Block leads, business partners, and IT stakeholders. You will ensure that initiatives deliver business value efficiently.
As a successful candidate, you will have strong stakeholder management and change management skills. You must be a great facilitator and communicator across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. You should be analytical, able to understand complexity, and find effective solutions. Experience in driving big and complex projects, preferably in a large organization or corporation, is essential.
We require someone who can navigate and work on all levels of the organization with an agile mindset. The ideal candidate should be focused on delivering results and targets, keeping it simple while creating value. Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages and English is necessary.
A natural curiosity and understanding of cultural differences are expected to succeed in this role. If you have certifications such as PMI PMP, IPMA A/B, or equivalent, they would be an advantage.
