Customer Engagement Manager

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at Abundolive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our customer engagement efforts and building a world-class member community.
Our community is comprised of thousands of members who attend numerous live events each week, resulting in an impressive 70+ NPS score and super-engaged members.
You will work closely with our team in Customer Support, Partnerships, Product Development, Marketing, and Analytics to create a seamless experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a customer engagement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Create and curate content that resonates with our audience and showcases our brand's personality and values.
- Manage and maintain our online presence across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with our team to refine and update our approach to community management, including our Referral Program, Idea Exchange, and customer service.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to build and grow our audience around owned editorial social channels.
- Develop and execute a paid social strategy that drives meaningful results.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure community health, activity, and engagement, as well as team productivity and performance.
- Own and manage a backlog of improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our community experience.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer by championing processes that gather and deliver actionable product feedback.
