Key Responsibilities- Samsung Rewards Strategy
- Collaborate with the Loyalty Lead to ensure an optimized customer experience across all channels, from campaigns to communications.
- Participate in planning, execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of the Samsung Rewards program.
- Work closely with HQ and European offices to align strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Develop and implement a solid campaign plan for Samsung Rewards in collaboration with the Loyalty Lead.
- Initiate and deploy campaigns and communications in close alignment with the CRM team.
- Conduct regular testing and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure an optimized customer experience for Samsung Members across all channels, in line with strategy and campaign plans.
- Secure appropriate content delivery in the right channels.
- Manage the publication of articles, home banners, and layouts in Members CMS and AEM.
- Document published material and ensure accurate tracking and SEO.
- Secure segmentation, customer flow, and links for the Members app.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Category Marketing, eCommerce, Performance Marketing, and HQ/EO.
- Use dashboard tools to create weekly and monthly reports.
- Analyze results and present actionable improvements to achieve KPIs.
- Over 3 years of direct experience in CRM marketing and loyalty programs.
- Expertise in CRM, loyalty, project management, and implementation.
- Proficiency in analytics and testing for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management within large organizations.
- Strong background in project management.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
