Sales Enablement Director for Software

The Software Portfolio Enablement Manager plays a vital role in defining and implementing strategies to optimize and grow our software business in the Nordic region. This includes defining business strategies and roadmaps for software products and services, ensuring their relevance and success in the Nordic market, in order to meet the growth and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will have approximately 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related software field, demonstrating key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above. They must also possess a proven track record in leading a portfolio organization in the Smart Building/Infrastructure industry or similar. Furthermore, they should have first-hand experience interfacing into a global organization and successfully driving direction/requirements. Additionally, they must demonstrate the ability to lead, collaborate, and motivate across organizational boundaries, have a strategic-innovative mindset, and be experienced in agile work environments.
