">We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Business Developer to join our team on a 100% commission basis. As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with clients in Europe. You will be working remotely, calling European clients.

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in Europe.">
- Identify opportunities, generate leads, and develop new business relationships.">
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.">
- Maintain and update CRM with all sales activities and client interactions.">
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.">
Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably 10 years).">
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.">
