
Business Development Manager Sweden Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and establishing meaningful relationships with potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify potential markets and customers, and develop strategies to expand the customer base in a specified vertical market or geographic location.
- Pipeline Development: Work with real decision-makers to assess needs, gain agreement on a business case, and establish a decision time frame. Build a pipeline of 3:1 over the target.
- Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to construct winning proposals, including quotes, business cases, and explanations of why we are uniquely qualified.
- Presenting and Closing: Present proposals to decision-makers while managing objections related to timing, price, and competition. Final negotiations lead to go or no-go decisions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven history of prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Expertise in assigned vertical markets and territories.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
