International Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our EMEA sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the assigned countries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual sales targets and account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the T&D market, including transmission and distribution power grid operators.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and associated marketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate effective communication skills to negotiate with engineering departments and clarify the decision-making process for relevant government organizations and target customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid markets, including knowledge of transmission overhead line solutions and T&D insulator products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management, marketing methodology, finance, and human resources concepts.
