Japan Market Business Development Manager

This role is a unique opportunity to drive business growth in Japan, one of our key target markets. As the Regional Sales Director for Japan, you will be responsible for leading a team and developing strategies to meet short and long-term sales goals in the Japanese market.
About the Role- You will lead a team and be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, ensuring overall responsibility for meeting set sales and business goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, understanding current sales trends in Japan and staying ahead of the competition.
- You will have knowledge of the local market and be able to identify key customer segments, developing marketing tactics to increase awareness and drive business.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven track record of leadership and sales success. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong network in Japan. A European/Japanese background with experience studying and living abroad would be highly desirable.
