We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Leader - Japan Operations to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity to work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability in Japan.

- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive business.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong network in Japan. A European/Japanese background with experience studying and living abroad would be highly desirable.
