Nordics Business Growth Specialist
TN Sweden is seeking a highly skilled Nordics Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to meet the needs of our clients in the Nordics region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to meet client needs.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
- You will provide cross-over solutions to clients, including recruiting academic roles, installing entire sales forces, and other key roles in permanent and vacancy management contracts.
- You will work in international projects with colleagues from other European countries, Canada, and Japan.
About You:
- You have a master's or bachelor's degree, or similar qualification, and at least 5 years of business development and/or sales experience with complex products and solutions for demanding stakeholders.
- You have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends, markets, and customer needs.
- You have excellent project management capabilities, analytical and organizational skills, prioritization, digital and presentational skills in front of higher-level audiences.
- You are bi-lingual in Swedish and English, with Finnish being advantageous.
