Job Description
The Account Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of experienced professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activity and acting as a hunter to bring more business to EY Insourcing. You will focus on the market in Stockholm and surrounding areas, while also contributing to national-level sales with a primary focus on new customer processing.
Main Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective negotiation and closing techniques, converting leads into successful deals.
- Collaborative Sales Strategies: Collaborate with sales teams in other cities to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Sales Activity Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform and enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- A proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and effective negotiation abilities.
- Experience from the industry, preferably one of the Big Four companies, is a significant advantage.
- A university degree in economics, business, or sales is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Swedish being an added value.
