  • Manage the inventory of replacement parts in coordination with manufacturing facilities to guarantee timely availability.
  • Prepare detailed reports on technical issues and solutions, documenting value delivered to clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate external subcontractors to ensure timely repairs and high customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with district teams to enhance policies and procedures aimed at improving customer experiences.
  • Provide installation support services, including field assessments and rollout assistance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through ongoing education and training.
  • Participate in product design reviews and new application launches, contributing to evaluations of serviceability and performance.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in engineering is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience in technical roles is also valuable.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A solid work ethic and dedication to the role.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • A commercial mindset is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
