Your Role:

You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to improve our customer experience operations. This includes analyzing performance data, identifying skill gaps, and developing scalable programs.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Design and deliver training programs to address identified skill gaps.
  3. Collaborate with teams to onboard new employees and track training effectiveness.
  4. Ensure smooth access and technical onboarding for BPO trainees.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in training and knowledge management.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms, G-suite, and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, knowledge bases, and quality assurance principles.
