Supplier Relationship Manager

Northvolt AB has an exciting opportunity for experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to join our bold team of Supplier Quality professionals.
This position involves building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring their quality meets our high standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining supplier quality agreements
- Coordinating quality activities with suppliers
- Leading and participating in supplier audits
- Identifying and addressing quality issues
Experience in supplier quality management, especially in developing suppliers during the industrialization phase, is required. Knowledge of quality management systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, is also essential.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of working and cooperating cross-functionally in a multicultural environment and excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is also important.
