We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager for Client Acquisition to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Group. About the Role: As the Senior Sales Manager for Client Acquisition, you will invigorate our dynamic Sales Team with an unmatched level of strategic insight, a results-oriented approach, and a steadfast enthusiasm for enhancing customer interactions. Your leadership role is crucial in propelling our sales initiatives to new heights, and your ambition will set the standard for achieving outstanding results.

  • Research, identify, and establish new business sales contacts, fostering relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across the cluster/region/area/theatre, identifying needs and translating them into revenue opportunities for designated Sales Club Hotels (including third-party).
  • Conduct regular meetings and activities with managed accounts, ensuring they possess the knowledge to grow business and revenues.
  • Agree on marketing activities to support account strategies and deliver increased customer/market share, monitoring progress in a timely manner.
  • Organize and host client events and familiarization trips to enhance relationships and build client knowledge.
  • Demonstrate growth in production revenues and market share with the account base, focusing on total profitable revenue (in collaboration with RevOps).
  • Ensure all activities are recorded within all accounts via CRM on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in industry networking events and maximize membership within industry associations, staying informed on industry trends, news, and competitor activities to update the team accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of Account Management experience within the hospitality, travel, or service-related industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional languages are preferable.
  • A university degree at the bachelor level or equivalent.
