Drive Sales and Marketing Excellence
As the Head of Global Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategies for our software products. You will oversee the sales and marketing teams, aligning their efforts with our division's overall objectives. Your mission is to drive growth, maximize sales performance, and enhance brand visibility. You will develop comprehensive strategies to maximize sales performance, manage customer relationships, and drive customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Oversee customer engagement and relationship-building activities, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Identify, develop, and optimize sales channels to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities.
- Manage the budget for the sales and marketing departments.
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of sales management in the software business. Your background should include leading globalization and transformation of a sales and marketing organization, from strategy to execution. Experience from the manufacturing industry and digital business models in the B2B environment is beneficial. You should have strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, and a proactive and inspiring personality.
