We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Global Delivery Center (GDC), where we specialize in delivering premier Quote to After Sales Services for Grid Automation and communication products.

Our team is responsible for reviewing and approving quotations and responses to customers according to set requirements, following established routines. We also handle all types of After Sales services inquiries from start to finish with high quality and timely responses in line with Hitachi Energy's business ethics rules.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with related departments to investigate ambiguities during the process, order booking, and ensure customer orders are delivered.
  • Identify areas for improvement in daily activities and implement changes.
  • Guide customers professionally, addressing their questions and concerns.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A relevant degree and experience in sales, marketing, or production is essential.
  • Knowledge of after-sales quotation and order processes, as well as an understanding of electric power plants, is required.
  • Experience with tools like SAP Reiwa, Powershop, Pricing Configurator, SFDC, or any relevant configure-quotation-pricing tools is advantageous.
  • You should possess problem-solving ability and ownership of actions, thinking independently and challenging traditional solutions.
