As an experienced Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of customer onboarding at Mentimeter. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, improving processes, and enhancing customer experiences.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in customer success and onboarding, who has experience working with senior stakeholders and setting up, establishing, and/or refining an onboarding journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, able to execute and shape the bigger picture. Strong project management skills, process-driven, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to take something from start to finish.
