AvePoint is a global leader in data management and data governance, providing solutions to modernize the digital workplace across Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and other collaboration environments.
We are seeking a skilled **Customer Success Manager** to generate repeatable strategies for technology adoption with our customers. As a key member of our team, you will develop business value assessment programs, create customer success metrics, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement business value assessment programs to support product onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction goals.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, coordinating support efforts and solution delivery.
- Maintain a customer technical account portfolio, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
- Align AvePoint's product line with customer business needs, determining individualized customer success plans.
- Work closely with account managers to understand sales strategies and drive customer success through product adoption and satisfaction.
- Identify and understand customer adoption status and support history, incorporating these elements into the overall customer success strategy.
