Job Description
The Business Success Manager is a crucial role within our Customer Experience organization. You will be responsible for driving software utilization and value realization across our customer base, while fostering positive relationships with our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Guide customers through software adoption and ensure successful onboarding
- Craft Technical Adoption Plans to accelerate business outcomes and optimize Return on Investment
- Work closely with Sales and Renewals teams to drive Annual Recurring Revenue growth
- Identify new opportunities and ensure customer success and satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8 years of related experience
- Knowledge of a single technology architecture or CCIE/Industry equivalent certification
- Experience developing software adoption plans across technology portfolio
- Strong written and spoken English and Swedish language skills
