Principal Sales Executive Job Description

TN Sweden is seeking a highly skilled Principal Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction from key accounts.

The successful candidate will have multiple years of IT consulting and management experience, as well as senior-level executive engagement and advisory experience within manufacturing, life sciences, and financial services. They should possess extensive experience managing large industry vertical accounts, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets, high customer satisfaction, and project portfolio management.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a long-term strategy with key customers to drive revenue growth and adoption
  • Building strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs and desired outcomes
  • Guiding customers along the journey of cloud adoption and digital transformation, including modernization and migration of existing IT assets
Requirements
  • Multiple years of IT consulting and management experience
  • Senior-level executive engagement and advisory experience within manufacturing, life sciences, and financial services
  • Extensive experience managing large industry vertical accounts
