The RoleThis position involves providing technical support to our international customers via phone and email, using troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and escalating when necessary.
You will work closely with internal departments, communicate effectively, and develop strong relationships throughout the organization.
A key aspect of this role is supporting other parts of the organization with questions about Quinyx's products and customers.
