As a Customer Support Representative at Storytel, you'll be part of a global support team that drives customer satisfaction. With a focus on Swedish and English language skills, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting problems and issues occurring to customers regarding our products.
About the RoleIn this interim position (April 2025 - January 2026), you'll be accountable for responding to customer queries, identifying customer needs, analyzing product malfunctions, monitoring customer reviews, and reaching set KPIs.
You'll work closely with a core team of 8 and primarily support Swedish customers. Our support structure includes local agents in major markets, while smaller markets receive support in English or via translation tools.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. You should also be patient when handling tough cases and have strong problem-solving skills.
