We're looking for a Publishing System Specialist to join our Content Development organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for our content management system Biblio, ensuring seamless operations and user support.

Biblio is the heart of our daily operations, gathering content administration, contracts, metadata, and royalty payouts. You'll oversee system configuration, UAT testing, and related documentation, driving process improvements and standardization across the Storytel group.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A completed higher education with elements of operations and/or process development, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least a couple of years of relevant work experience, preferably in the publishing industry.
  • Knowledge of digital workflow/asset management software, such as Biblio.
  • Professional language skills in English.
  • A team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic organization.
