Customer Support Professional

Lime Technologies Sweden AB (publ) is a rapidly growing scaleup business unit that offers a unique entrepreneurial environment for professionals.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping and managing our support team as the go-to contact for day-to-day customer tickets. You will ensure the delivery of accessible, high-quality support across various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in delivering excellent support and be fluent in Swedish and English. They must also be tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and a team player who enjoys taking responsibility in a dynamic environment.
We're looking for someone with SaaS/Startup/Scaleup experience who loves customer contact and is ready to work from our Stockholm office. As a key player in building up our Customer Support organization, you will report directly to Patrik, CS Team Manager, with regular 1:1s and be part of the Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product).
