Magma Math is now expanding across Europe and the US. As a fast-growing startup with a meaningful mission, we are looking for an outgoing and responsible person to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Support Representative.
The Role of the Customer Support Representative
The primary role of the Customer Support Representative will be interacting with users digitally, addressing questions, support inquiries, and bug reports. This will involve solving problems mainly through chat support but also through phone and email. High-stress tolerance and the ability to deliver world-class service are essential qualities for this position.
The Customer Support Representative will also hold digital onboarding sessions to help new users get started with the product. To thrive in this role, you should be energized by helping others and always strive to go the extra mile.

- A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
