Rollen som New Account Manager till Amazon

Vi söker en driven och affärsmässig New Account Manager till vår kund Amazon. I rollen kommer du att vara en del av ett internationellt team som arbetar med att utveckla och växa företagets verksamhet i Norden.

Uppdraget

En av dina huvudsakliga uppgifter kommer att vara att kontakta nya kunder och hjälpa dem med deras expansion och tillväxt. Du kommer att arbeta nära med kunderna för att identifiera och utveckla affärsmöjligheter och stötta dem i processen för att uppnå gemensamma mål.

Arbetsuppgifter
  • Identifiera och utveckla affärsmöjligheter för nya kunder
  • Arbeta nära med kunderna för att hjälpa dem med deras expansion och tillväxt
  • Ansvara för att leverera ny affärstillväxt och maximera intäktsgenerering för utvalda produktfamiljer
  • Genomföra djupa analyser för att förstå grundorsakerna till säljarprestanda och åtgärder för att påskynda tillväxten
  • Arbeta nära med olika kategoriteam för att identifiera kategorispecifika tillväxtmöjligheter
Krav
  • En ingenjörsutbildning, ekonomiutbildning eller liknande utbildning
  • 1-3 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom liknande områden såsom försäljning, e-handel eller Customer Success
  • Grundläggande kunskap inom Excel samt erfarenhet av att lösa analytiska problem
  • En förmåga att uttrycka dig mycket väl i tal och skrift, både på svenska och engelska
  • En förmåga att förklara komplexa koncept enkelt
Meriterande
  • Språkkunskaper inom ett annat nordiskt språk, dvs. finska, danska eller norska
  • En masterexamen inom en toppskola, samt hög akademisk prestation
  • Erfarenhet av detaljhandel, teknikföretag, samt e-handelsföretag
  • Erfarenhet av att använda Salesforce eller annat CRM-verktyg
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med juridiska, produkt- och interna företagsägare för att nå avtal som är ömsesidigt fördelaktiga
  • Erfarenhet av eget företagande
