Vi söker en SaaS-kundnöjdhetsspecialist med erfarenhet av B2B och prisanalys, gärna med internationell erfarenhet. Som ledamot av vårt team kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att säkerställa att våra kunder får en förstklassig upplevelse.
I den här rollen kommer du att arbeta nära våra kunders B2B-kunder, både nationellt och internationellt, och hjälpa dem att maximera värdet av våra tjänster. En viktig del av ditt arbete kommer att vara att onboarda nya kunder, säkerställa att de använder vår plattform effektivt och stödja dem i att utöka sitt användande över tid.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
- Bygga och underhålla starka kundrelationer
- Fördjupad kunskap om tjänsten för att möta ev. frågor från kunder
- Ge högkvalitativ support och rådgivning till våra kunder
- Onboarda nya kunder och säkerställa att de kommer igång med vår plattform
- Följa upp och stödja kunder i att utöka sitt användande av våra tjänster
- Analysera kundfeedback och föreslå och utveckla förbättringar
- Samarbeta med interna team för att säkerställa kundnöjdhet
- Bidra till utvecklingen av våra kundupplevelseprocesser
