Strategic Sales Director

At TN Sweden, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our AutoStore sales team in the Nordics.
Job OverviewKardex is a market leader in intralogistics automation, with a strong presence in the Nordic region. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop opportunities for AutoStore projects, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development.
- Lead the sales phase from acquisition to contract, utilizing your consultative sales experience and Salesforce skills.
- Create optimal solutions that deliver customer value and benefit to Kardex, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven background in sales of automated intralogistics solutions, with Autostore experience a plus.
- Strong consultative sales experience, managing the sales cycle from end to end.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative nature and ability to establish effective working relationships across functions.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with a focus on driving business growth and results.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical engineering preferred.
