About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nordic Product Manager to join our team at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Nordic gastroenterology business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust brand strategy for our gastroenterology product across the Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with global strategic objectives and drives product awareness, market share, and sales targets.
  • Cross-Country Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Nordic Brand Team, Key Account Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective brand positioning and campaign execution.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement promotional campaigns tailored to Nordic healthcare professionals, utilizing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Project Management: Manage costs, lead project-based brand teams, and facilitate the planning of cross-country business-driving projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure local compliance with Nordic legislation and regulations.
  • Digital Marketing: Create and deploy digital/omnichannel marketing tactics to support Key Account Managers in engaging with different segments of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in business or science combined with 3+ years of experience from a commercial organization, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • Experience: Proven track record of creating and launching digital/omnichannel campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills, fluent in English, and preferably speak and write at least one of the Nordic languages.
