About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Team Manager who solves problems for customers, takes pride in their work, and cares about people. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, overseeing the development and operations of the onboarding and checkout product, and managing the product team to deliver on objectives and key results.

Key Responsibilities

  6. Apply leadership by coaching and mentoring team members to achieve high motivation and engagement.
  7. Build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams.

Requirements

  1. Relevant educational background and proven experience in an engineering management role.
  2. Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong emphasis on leadership and competence development.
  4. Knowledge and tangible experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good communication skills in English.
