About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Boozt. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that align with our company vision and senior management goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision and senior management goals
  • Responsible for defining long and short-term product roadmaps, ensuring the product grows and improves
  • Drive product improvements and innovation by listening to external and internal customer feedback
  • Analyze and act on business metrics and data to grow the business
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
  • Own feature delivery and make trade-off decisions for the product
  • Constantly work on improving e-commerce KPIs and usability

Requirements

  • At least 2 years proven track record as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Previous experience owning product roadmaps and the entire product lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various teams, including designers, engineers, and business owners
  • Familiar with Agile work methodology
  • Relevant knowledge from e-commerce or similar software-driven businesses
  • An advantage to have experience working with a feature squad structure
