About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People Manager to join our team at Sharkmob, a leading game development studio. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building a High-Performing Team: Develop and maintain a solid project management organization, leadership, and culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Identify and grow Producers, providing them with training, mentorship, and coaching for success.
  • Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of world-class game production practices and processes across the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the group and across the company.
  • HR Collaboration: Implement employee processes effectively with the support from HR and collaborate with HR on new ideas and improvements to these processes.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in large-scale agile development of live/online products.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Game Development Experience: Experience in game/product/service development processes.
  • Organizational Development: Experience in organizational development, mid to large size in a fast-growing company.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • HR Experience: Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, processes, and initiatives.
