Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational goals for your team, focusing on safety, quality, and cost optimization.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Field Supervisors, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of people management experience, with a focus on change management and performance improvement.
  • Strong educational background in business or a technical field.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to direct multi-layered teams.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with colleagues at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages.
