About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Leader to join our team at efficy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle of our allocated products, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement product strategies to optimize profit, turnover, and market position.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and sales forecasts.
  • Consumer Insights and Feedback: Analyze consumer wishes and needs to initiate and realize product renewal, with a strong focus on user feedback.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Product Roadmap and Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the long-term product vision and meeting predetermined deadlines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze information on product performance, and write reports on the progress of the product life cycle to inform internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Coach and motivate employees to ensure their competencies, skills, and know-how are utilized in the best possible manner, and ensure team stability and evolution through involvement in recruiting, training, mentoring, self-development, and evaluating performance.
