About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Leader to join our Supply Chain Development team at Inter IKEA Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and operations of a value-driven and user-friendly digital product.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set the product vision with a clear product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Inter IKEA's digital roadmap ambitions.
  • Accountable for the product backlog (build, edit, and maintain) and to clearly communicate the backlog.
  • Accountable for product prioritization through user stories to meet business needs and user experience.
  • Enable exploration of new business potentials.
  • Comply with relevant frameworks and standards for the digital product.
  • Secure the composition and operational functioning of the digital product team.
  • Accountable for the digital product release plan, communication, and setting of expectations for delivery of new features and functionalities.
  • Manage key stakeholder engagement (e.g., user, supplier).
  • Ensure that the digital product maximizes business value, controlling the costs and giving input to the overall budget.
  • Manage dependencies and blockers, improve digital product delivery capabilities, and gather insights to understand and empathize with the user's reality.
  • Identify and create measures of success to understand how the product achieves business outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of the business context.
  • Excellent listening skills and the capability to express complex and/or complicated content in a receiver-oriented and structured way.
  • Relevant supply chain experience and/or Retail Experience in the field of Inventory & Logistics and Customer Fulfillment.
  • Ability to lead and deliver in projects/business cases, with timely deliverables and high-quality analysis and contribute with a holistic view, being customer-centric and having the end-to-end in focus.
  • Highly driven by development & innovation and constantly being on the way.
  • Agile approach and adapt as we go.
  • Interest in technology, digitalization, and finding new ways of working and highly motivated to do this by collaborating and interacting with different stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, persistent, and motivated by taking on challenges.
