About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our RST Systems unit as the Head of Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of measurement systems, software, and applications that support our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians to design, build, and maintain measurement systems and software applications.
  • Develop and implement project management systems and innovation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement agile project management methodologies, including SCRUM and DevOps, to drive project delivery and improve team productivity.
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements
  • University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical physics, industrial design, computer engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and system integration, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies.
