We are seeking a Head Waiter to join our banquet team at Clarion Malmö Live. As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our banquet guests. Your role will involve overseeing the entire banquet operation, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.

• Creating a seamless and memorable experience for banquet guests
• Overseeing the entire banquet operation, including staff management and coordination
• Ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Leading and motivating a team of waiters to deliver exceptional service

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
