Customer Success Leadership Role

In this role, you will manage a dedicated team and your own portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong relationships with the clients under your care. You will work closely with our Business Development Director to develop and implement account management strategies that align with our company's goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in managing large-scale campaigns and building relationships with senior-level clients. A proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and exceeding client expectations is essential.
You will also oversee and optimize a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and high retention for all clients managed by the team.
