Role Overview: Customer Success Manager

We are expanding our Customer Success division and are in search of a Customer Success Manager to focus on the North Europe region, proficient in both Danish and English (additional languages are a plus). Our mission is to cultivate satisfied users by delivering the most rewarding experience possible. We are on a quest to achieve this and are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing a world-class experience to our customers and users.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Facilitating the implementation and onboarding of new clients
  • Assisting clients in maximizing their use of Teamtailor, including integrations from our marketplace, best practices, and training opportunities
  • Acting as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for our clients
  • Proactively managing renewals
  • Establishing robust relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities within our existing client portfolio through expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Monitoring client accounts to detect churn risks and actively working to mitigate those risks
  • Gathering and analyzing client feedback to present internally
  • Collaboratively developing and enhancing methods for improving customer satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management

  • Negotiation skills for managing the commercial aspects of the role
  • An engaged, creative, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • A bachelor's or master's degree is advantageous
