Role Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Norrsken Foundation, you will play a crucial role in a collaborative environment, working alongside sales, support, marketing, and product teams to ensure our partners achieve success with our solutions. Your responsibility will begin post-contract signing, guiding our customers through the onboarding process to our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding process for customers after contract finalization. Oversee the entire onboarding journey, including training personnel at their locations, managing projects, and providing ongoing support while collecting feedback for our product team. Collaborate closely with new clients to customize Norrsken's offerings to enhance their sales and operational efficiency. Engage in continuous communication with customers to ensure high retention rates, working in both Swedish and English. Document and follow up on completed onboarding processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, customer service, hospitality). Background in the restaurant industry. Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. Interest in working within a startup culture. Proficiency in the Google suite, particularly Slides and Sheets.
