We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and solution-oriented Windfarm Site Manager to oversee the ongoing operations of our 366MW wind farm portfolio in Valhalla.
- Operational Oversight
- Conduct quarterly site inspections to ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and in compliance with operational standards.
Safety Leadership and Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and local regulations.
- Maintain the site safety files for each wind farm and manage statutory inspections.
Contract and Vendor Management
- Oversee contractual relationships with turbine O&M providers.
- Manage competitive pricing processes for required work.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze wind farm production, performance data, and alarms.
- Respond proactively to malfunctions.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and submit monthly reports covering production, availability, and outage data.
- Collaborate closely with the Asset Manager to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
