The Position

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our terminals in Sundsvall and Östersund. This is a parental leave cover from July, 2025, to January, 2027. As Site Manager in Sundsvall/Östersund, you will be responsible for managing our terminal, fleet, and driver operations to ensure outstanding but cost-efficient service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • To develop the site by initiating and implementing tactical and strategic activities and improvement work that aligns with Instabee's long-term strategies and goals.
  • To lead, coach, and follow up with your employees in their respective assignments.
  • To manage sorting and driving operations at the terminal to ensure we meet delivery deadlines without errors.
  • To analyze and identify cost drivers and be responsible for achieving a cost-effective business.
  • To manage the scheduling of staff to ensure cost efficiency and staff motivation.
  • To ensure the safety of our employees and provide a good work environment.
  • To be responsible for the recruitment, retention, and development of staff, including performance reviews.
Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced operations leader who has managed a team of 10-20 people and is looking to grow in their career. You should be a responsible team player with the ability to combine high ambitions with a prestigeless approach.

  • Proven experience as a successful leader in a similar role, preferably from a growing and/or production-oriented business.
  • A strategic mindset and ability to come up with creative solutions to challenges.
  • Experience in handling staff issues, taking care of teams, and developing staff skills.
  • A role model with an understanding of how to create a successful culture and strong, healthy teams.
  • Union negotiation expertise and experience in occupational health and safety is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.
